Psaraki is the continuation of our childhood. Our most vivid childhood memories are our grandfathers’ baskets and nets filled with fresh fish that shimmered in the summer sun. At Psaraki we transferred all our knowledge about fresh fish, a knowledge – experience. We transferred the ways of its preparation so that its freshness spreads on the plate. We pride ourselves on serving dishes with high-quality products that are sourced locally in Greece. The satisfaction that we share the wealth of our favorite Greek sea with our customers.
Psaraki is located in one of the largest and most beautiful squares in Europe, in Spianada. The choice is not random since Spianada dominates the social life of the city and the entertainment of the inhabitants for more than a century and a half. Concerts, festivals, the famous Corfiot Easter, walk and play, all the beautiful things happen in its hospitable area.

Psaraki is based on the Greek sea and creates with inspiration the dishes of today, preserving the knowledge of yesterday. Inspiper and curator of Psaraki cuisine is the renowned chef Joseph Sykianakis with the passion that distinguishes him to erouse the senses.
Award-winning Chef Spyros Agious brings over 22 years of international culinary experience to Spianada and Psaraki Restaurants. Having worked in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants in London and led acclaimed restaurants across Greece, he combines exceptional local ingredients, refined techniques and creative minimalism to celebrate authentic Greek and Corfiot gastronomy through memorable contemporary dishes.
Fantastic seafood restaurant in Corfu Town. We had a really great lunch at Psaraki during our stay in Corfu. The fish was extremely fresh, perfectly cooked, and probably some of the best seafood we’ve had on the island.
Recommended by our host, the expectations were higher than what we expected. Elegant place, well-kept and with excellent service. The kindness of the waitress is a detail worthy of praise.
Delicious food & great hospitality. We enjoyed some fantastic vine wrapped sardines, hummus and light fluffy fried zucchini all delicious. Grilled sea bass, grouper (with delicious Greek lemony greens) and a top notch vongole. The waiter and waitress were very warm, friendly & efficient. Would thoroughly recommend.
An excellent dinner at Psaraki. High-quality raw materials and very fresh fish, cooked simply and with respect for the product. The squid was excellent, the octopus tender and flavorful, and the fish of the day was very fresh. Friendly, professional service that is always present without being intrusive. Relaxed atmosphere and perfect location for a seaside dinner in Corfu. One of those restaurants you gladly return to because the quality is evident in every dish. Absolutely recommended.
Couldn’t have picked a better restaurant to go to! The staff were absolutely incredible and couldn’t do enough for you- as someone with gluten and nut allergies, I felt very well looked after. The salt baked fish was the best fish I have ever had and will definitely be back!
